Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM,
Fridays, 9:00AM-5:00PM,
Saturdays are available
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on alternate weekends.

Our main office is conveniently located in Fort Wayne just off the US 69 and Dupont Street Exit. We also have therapists serving the local communities of Kendallville, Columbia City and Hartford City at our satellite offices. We accept most major insurances, Medicaid/Medicare and offer fee assistance for those who may qualify.
