Dr. Heck and Dr. Sowles share the “DBA” name of “Cornerstone Vision Counseling and Psychological Services.” This “DBA” was formed as a shared business name for Dr. Heck’s corporation, “Cornerstone Counseling and Consulting,” and Dr. Sowles’ corporation, “Vision Counseling and Psychological Services.” Having separate corporations, it should be noted that Dr. and Ms. Heck have billing practices that are independent from those stated on this web site for Cornerstone Vision Counseling.

Specifically, Dr. Heck is “in network” only with Medicare. Otherwise, his practice is largely a fee-for-service practice with clients generally filing their own insurance claims directly. Dr. Heck’s standard fee is $95 per 45-50 minute session. Adjusted fees do not apply for him, but he will work with financial assistance plans from your church if you make arrangements for this.

Lisa Heck’s standard fee for a 45-50 minute counseling session is $65.00. She does have an adjusted fee option based on client income. Please contact Lisa if you would like more information on this option. (ext. 304)
